How Do We Access The Heart?
Jul 05, 2024
What is the purpose of the heart?
Anatomically, the heart circulates blood, sustaining life. Spiritually, it is the seat of the soul. When the heart fails, life ceases instantly, unlike the brain or other organs. This underscores its profound significance beyond biology.
The heart is our alchemical center, transforming what no longer serves us into vitality. It filters and renews, supporting healing and renewal. Treating the heart as merely a biological organ is like using a piano to play only "Fur Elise" or a sword to cut an apple—its potential is far greater. Our hearts give us courage, strength, healing, and access to higher dimensions. They are the epicenter of our repair.
To access the heart, we must first repair it.
What needs to be repaired?
Healing occurs on many levels, unique to each individual. Accessing the heart involves embodying our true desires and bringing them to life. Harmful desires are not true heart’s desires. A healed soul discerns genuine desires from false ones.
Our journey is to align with our heart’s true desires, allowing our soul’s expression. This alignment brings healing, connection, and fulfillment. Healing the body, mind, and soul creates a ripple effect, honoring our lives, lineage, ancestors, and relationships, ultimately transforming the world.
As within, so without. As above, so below.
From this, Unity emerges.
Unity is accessed when we align with our heart and express it authentically. Many faiths and spiritual practices teach this, but why seek Unity? Because Unity is the underpinning of all life and as we move towards unity, reality and our roles within it become clear. We transform from mere survivors to wholehearted beings with purpose, meaning, direction, and love. We become architects of reality itself and Master's of the heart.
